How 354 Steakhouse Began

How 354 Steakhouse Began

354 Steakhouse opened its doors in 2010 at 354 Lawton Ave, Cliffside Park, NJ, with the goal of creating a place where guests could enjoy both classic steakhouse favorites and the rich flavors of Cuban cuisine. Built on years of kitchen experience, the restaurant was inspired by a love for great food, hard work, and the dream of bringing something new and exciting to the local community.
A Family Effort

A Family Effort

Behind 354 Steakhouse is a family that works side by side. Owner and Chef Audel Ventura has cooked for years, running Centro Latino in West New York and serving as Chef at JD’s Steak Pit in Fort Lee. His brothers Salvador, Selvin, and Edgar play important roles in daily operations. Together, the team has built a space that blends experience, tradition, and passion for food with the warmth of family support.

What Makes Us Special

What Makes Us Special

354 Steakhouse stands out for offering more than just a meal. The restaurant combines steakhouse classics with Cuban influence, creating flavors that feel familiar yet unique. Signature dishes, like the Canadian Baby Back Ribs with a secret homemade BBQ sauce, reflect both skill and tradition. Our mission is simple: to serve great food in a casual, polished setting where guests feel welcome, valued, and eager to return.
